Changes to Subscription Plans and Pricing Policy
1. What is the new pricing policy?
Starting January 13, 2025, Aheadworks is introducing a new pricing policy for all its extensions. This update equals pricing across Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce platforms, making it simpler and more transparent.
2. What are the new purchase options?
We are replacing the old monthly and annual subscription plans with two new options:

Annual Subscription: The price includes a License Fee and 365 days of Support and Upgrades (the Services). After the first year, we will automatically charge the full Support Fee for each additional year, unless you cancel your subscription. This ensures you continue to have access to Support and Upgrades (the Services)..

One-Time 5-Year License: The price includes the License Fee and five years of Support and Upgrades (the Services). After this 5-year period, you will need to extend the support and upgrades period (managed through your customer account) to continue receiving these services.
Note: These new plans do not apply to SaaS products such as Advanced Subscription Products, Buildify, or LangShop – Language Translator Extension, as you will always be eligible for Support and Upgrades(the Services) as long as your subscription is active.
3. What happens to my existing subscription plan?
You can continue using your current monthly or annual subscription plan. However, if your subscription is canceled, you’ll need to purchase the extension again under one of the new purchase options.
4. Will there be refunds to those who purchased the Adobe Commerce licenses before this change?
No, we will not issue refunds for Adobe Commerce licenses purchased before the new pricing policy took effect.
