How to Update Payment Methods of Subscription/Paid Support and Upgrade Period?

- Annual Subscriptions
- One-time 5-year licenses
Our catalog also features three SaaS products – Advanced Subscription Products, Buildify, and LangShop – Language Translator Extension. These products are available under either an annual or monthly subscription plan.
This guide explains how you can change/update subscription payment methods and details.
1. Products Purchased Under the Annual Subscription Plan
All annual subscriptions can be managed via the My Subscriptions tab in the My Account side menu.
Choose the subscription you’d like to update and click the Edit link next to it.
What you can do:

Cancel Subscription: Use the Cancel Subscription link to terminate the subscription.
You can renew the subscription after cancellation, provided the paid period has not fully expired.
Note: Subscriptions that are fully expired cannot be renewed. |
To renew the subscription, go to the My Subscriptions tab in the My Account side menu and click the Renew link next to the product you wish to renew.
- Edit Subscription Plan: Switch to a one-time 5-year license plan using the Edit link next to the subscription plan section.
- Edit Payment Details: Update your payment details by clicking the Edit link next to the payment details section.
2. SaaS Products
Subscriptions for SaaS products are also managed in the My Subscriptions tab.
What you can do:
- Cancel Subscription: You can cancel SaaS subscriptions, but they CAN NOT be renewed once canceled. To continue using the product, you must repurchase the extension.
- Edit Subscription Plan: You can switch between monthly or annual subscription plans using the Edit link next to the subscription plan section.
- Edit Payment Details: Update your payment method by clicking the Edit link next to the payment details section.
3. Products Purchased Under the One-Time 5-Year License Plan
To manage products purchased under the one-time 5-year license plan:
- Navigate to the My Projects and Licenses tab in your account.
- Select the project associated with the product and click View Licenses
- Choose the product and click the License Details button.
What you can do:
- Extend Paid Period: You can extend support and upgrade period for another 5 years using the Extend button.
- Edit Payment Details: Update your payment method using the Edit link next to the payment details section.
