How to avoid follow-ups duplicate sending?


You can set an appropriate cancellation event that cancels previously scheduled messages, so you can be sure, that the visitor will get one email notification.

For example: your visitor abandons his cart, goes away, and then comes back and leaves his cart again. You specify a "new abandoned cart appeared" cancelation event in your rule settings, the second triggering cancels the first one, and the visitor gets only one follow-up.
