Can I change the extension license when upgrading to Magento Commerce from Open Source and vice versa?

To downgrade the extension license to Open Source from Commerce follow these steps:

- Log into your account and submit a help desk ticket;

- Notify our support team of the extension you want to downgrade the license of;

- Follow the instructions provided by our support team.

 

To upgrade the extension license edition to Commerce from Open Source follow these steps:

- Log into your account and submit a help desk ticket;

- Notify our support team of the extension you want to upgrade the license of;

- Follow the instructions provided by our support team on how to pay the difference in the license price.

 

What should one know about the extension license upgrade/downgrade:

- If you have an active Support and Upgrades subscription, we cannot transfer it to the new license, but we will provide you with a discount on purchase of desired extension version, so that you could Subscribe to respective Support and Upgrades service without the need to pay the license fee again in full;

- Obtaining a Commerce license allows using the extension with Magento Commerce*.

 

* Using our extensions on Magento edition other than it was specified during the purchase is forbidden and is considered a License Agreement violation and a contractual penalty in the amount of EUR 1,000 for each such unauthorized use must be paid (according to SOFTWARE USE MONITORING chapter of our EULA).
