Eligibility for refund

To ensure your protection we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our Magento extensions. 

If it has been no longer than 30 days after the purchase and you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you can receive a full refund. We guarantee 100% money back on all our Magento extensions.

Please note that subscription fees paid towards subscription products are not refunded. Products available on subscription offer you a service for as long as the subscription is active, and in case subscription fee has been processed we consider the service to be performed in full.

Aheadworks refund policy does not cover installation and customization services, support period renewal fees, and discounts.

Refunds and Reward points

Reward points are refunded back in case you apply for a refund of a product purchased using reward points. In case you earned some Reward Points on purchase of a product that was later refunded - such points will be cancelled. You can read more on our Rewards Program here.
