Full/partial refund requests
In case you want a refund on everything you purchased within an order - this qualifies as a full refund. In case you purchased more than one product, but want to return only a single extension - this qualifies as partial refund, and in this case we ask you explicitly state which product from an order you would like to get refunded.
To request a refund please submit a request logging into the account under which the purchase was made. Please do not forget to specify Order number and Product name, that you want to be refunded. This will help us process your request faster.
After an item was refunded we delete respective license from customer’s account and as per our End User License Agreement our clients are requested to deinstall the extension and delete all of the packages that may be in their possession and relate to a refunded product.
