Customer Service: general information
We provide our customers with free upgrades of the product they buy, as long as the customer has an active Support and Upgrades subscription. It is limited to the product version branch, which means that buying a product version N.x gives a right to receive free updates for the version branch N. (N.x, N.x.x) as long as the subscription is active. After an update is available buyers can download it from My Projects And Licenses -> View Licenses, install it via composer or manually.
|Please note: customers who do not have an active Support and Upgrades subscription will not be able to download the extension of any version from their account on the aheadworks.com website, or using composer keys. However they retain the right to use the version of the extension they downloaded/installed at the moment of time, when they had an active Support and Upgrades subscription.|
The email address must be valid as it may be used for communication purposes. It is strongly recommended to use an email address associated with your company if the purchases and correspondence are being handled on the company's behalf.
All products are available for download, as long as the following conditions are met:
- once the payment is accepted and verified - for 30 days from that moment.
- after the 30 days of initial purchase - as long as they have an active Support and Upgrades subscription.
If you can't download a product please make sure your order is completed/subscription payment has been duly made and contact our support team.
To ensure your protection we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our Magento extensions. If you are dissatisfied with a product within 30 days after the purchase for any reason, you can receive a full refund. To request a refund please submit a request logging into the account under which the purchase was made. Aheadworks refund policy does not cover installation and customization services, Support and Upgrades subscription fees, and discounts.
