Can the admin user cancel the subscription for the customer from the admin panel?
Question by: Bhavesh on Sep 3, 2021, 6:29 AM
Admin can create and manage subscription plans, as well as monitor and cancel the existing subscriptions. To cancel the subscription, click on the Cancel Subscription active link above the details of the subscription. A confirmation popup will emerge for you to confirm the action. You will have to choose 'Yes' or 'No' for your final decision. When 'Yes' is clicked on the page will be reloaded, and the subscription will receive the Cancelled status.Customers are not able to cancel subscriptions for which “Allow Customer to Cancel Subscription” is set to ‘No’.

Is it possible to add a subscription to an existing customer?
Question by: Julia Gorobets on Apr 21, 2022, 7:09 AM
If the Store Admin enables the Adding Products to Nearest Subscription option from the backend, then customers can add more regular products and subscription products to existing subscriptions in the shopping cart. Is there any way we can have the module treat child products as individual products?
Question by: Julia Gorobets on Apr 29, 2022, 6:37 AM
In order to be able to purchase subscriptions with configurables, its child items should have subscription option being enabled along with the main configurable product, which also has to have a subscription option enabled for it. For other specific scenarios, customization would be required.

How does the "Merge same-day subscriptions" work ?
Question by: Julia Gorobets on Apr 29, 2022, 6:42 AM
"Generally, with 'Merge same-day subscriptions' option being enabled, subscriptions with the same delivery dates would be grouped into single orders so that customers can save on shipping.

Below you'll see the list of conditions to allow merging of subscriptions:
- payment of several subscriptions of the same client falls on the same day
- Shipping address is the same in all subscriptions
- billing address: if they differ, we take either the one that is indicated as default from the client in the account, or any other one randomly
- only subscriptions of registered customers can be merged. If a guest purchases several subscriptions in one order, then such subscriptions will not be generated
- subscriptions are merged only for those products that have a delivery (except virtual / downloadable products)
- the payment method should be the same in all of subscriptions
- shipping costs for packages with multiple subscriptions should be calculated correctly, according to the shipping settings in the extension settings
- taxes are calculated according to Magento settings
- webstore/storeview should be the same for subscriptions
- currency that was used for placing the initial orders has to be the same"

Is there any way I can manually trigger the recurring payment, without having to wait for a day ?
Question by: Julia Gorobets on Apr 29, 2022, 6:44 AM
There is no simple way to trigger test payment via command line. Generally, it would require some specific editing to be made to subscription dates at database level first. Then it would be required to trigger cron for orders to be created in Magento. Here is the list of the tables where the date values are to be altered:

aw_sarp2_core_schedule_item - "scheduled_at"

aw_sarp2_profile - created_at, updated_at, start_date, last_order_date

We do not currently have any script that would simulate payment processing.
