What is aheadworks policy on supporting its modules? Specifically if a security vulnerability is found will aheadworks create a patch?

Our extensions come with included support period and we are able to provide technical assistance when the support is active.
As for security vulnerabilities and bugs, we are trying our best to fix them free of charge regardless of the support period status.

Does all of the balance of a gift card have to be spent in one go or can the customer use the balance on one card for multiple purchases?

You can use the balance on one card for multiple purchases. The balance of a gift card will be available for future purchases and the available balance can be viewed in the account.

If our Gift Card extension is installed in your store, its General settings can be found here in the admin panel:
Stores > Configurations > AHEADWORKS EXTENSIONS> Gift Card
Gift card products can be created and configured in the Gift Card Product grid here:
Catalog > Gift Card by Aheadworks > Gift Card Product
It is always possible to refer to installation/ update instructions and setup guide here:
https://aheadworks.com/resources/gift-card/user-manual-gift-cart The latest version of the extension can be downloaded in the My Projects And Licenses > View licenses tab of your account or installed via Composer.

Can we set up the gift card such that each different price is a different SKU? Or can we use configurable products for Gift Card products?

The thing is that the extension provides its own type of product and doesn't currently support configurable product type functionality, out of the box. Different price with a different SKU option is not available either.

We are using Amasty Module for Gift Card. However, we need to the Hyva compatible module. the question are -
1. How to import the old Gift Card data in this Aheadworks module?
2. Is this module Hyva Compatible?

1. Our Gift Card extension allows importing gift codes via .csv files from a third-party extension.
You can read more about it in our user manual in the Importing gift codes section.
2. The extension is compatible with Hyva and the instructions on how to use it with the theme are also available in the user manual in the Installing Gift Card section.
