Yes, the extension can be used both on desktop and mobile devices and, if needed, can be disabled for a mobile view.

Is there a way to use an image as a pop up? We have banners created already and want to utilize them in the pop up feature but I don't see an area to upload an image (PNG/JPG). I only see a text box and custom CSS.

Design a popup with WYSIWYG editor. You can click on the Insert Image button and upload your image.
