Since to send emails the extension uses cron, I would suggest that you check whether cron is configured properly at your store. Here is the instruction:

Our extensions come with included support period and we are able to provide technical assistance when the support is active.

In the context of affiliate programs, a payout refers to an expected financial return provided for affiliates on a periodic basis. The payout is accumulated from commissions received by an affiliate for all the purchases within the related affiliate campaign.

This amount consists of commissions. Affiliate receives a commission for every purchase that takes place during the campaign.

There is the Transactions grid in the extension configuration where you can monitor information about Commission and Payout transactions and also admin changes.
