Can a customer make a payment on a Net30 invoice within their account when the terms are due?

You can look "Specific of Allow Placing Orders with Net 30 when Payment is Overdue" section in User Manual. If “Allow Placing Orders with Net 30 when Payment is Overdue” is set to No and a company user(s) has an overdue payment with NET 30, then all other company users will not be able to place orders with NET 30 until the overdue order is paid.
If it is set to No and a customer with overdue payment gets assigned to a company, he will be able to place orders with NET30 payment method only if payment period of the company is bigger than it was set on a customer level.
