INSTRUCTIONS FOR M2 FAQ:

  1. Create a category that will contain questions asked most frequently after purchase.
  2. Populate the category with questions and answers like "When will my order be shipped?", "How can I pay by bank transfer", "How do I cancel the order?", etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR M2 ORDER SUCCESS PAGE:

  1. Create a category. Create a new rule.
  2.  Configure the rule. Sample configuration: 
  • Type: FAQ Category 
  • Position: Top 
  • Sort Order: 0
  • Category: [Name of the FAQ category]
  • Number of Articles to Display: 5.

Add some relevant post-purchase information to the 'Thank You' page.
