M2 Smart One Step Checkout 2.5.1

An integration with Adobe Payments has been added to simplify the process of payment management.

Now the extension is compatible with Magento 2.4.6.

Also, with the release the following issues have been fixed:

Placing an order for a virtual product
Issues on the product pages for PayPal Express

M2 Sales Representative 1.1.0

An integration with Customer Segmentation for Magento 2 has been added. It allows admins to auto assign orders of certain customers to certain sales representatives. This way, sales reps can create a delimited area of responsibility to improve their workflow.

Also, the extension has been integrated with native Magento Customer Segmentation to auto assign orders to a proper sales representative.

Some design improvements have been done.

We also fixed the issues related to:

Assigning a sales representative if a customer resaves his account information
Viewing all invoices without limitations by a sales representative
An ability to disallow the assigning of a sales representative
The CSV export
Advanced Permissions for Magento 2.4.4
Advanced Permissions on the Dashboard page

M2 Help Desk Ultimate 2.6.0

The extension is now compatible with Magento 2.4.6.

Also, Help Desk is now compatible with Hyvä Themes.

If you're planning to switch to Magento 2, you can now seamlessly transfer your tickets from Magento 1 Help Desk Ultimate.

Help Desk agents can now view messages sent by Automation rules directly within the ticket thread. This ensures that agents are fully informed of all support emails sent to a customer and the timeline in which they were sent.

For better security, data is now encrypted in the database.

Now, support managers can see the customer’s phone number in the ticket, which is useful if they want to contact the customer by phone.

M2 Reward Points 2.2.0

A feature to create coupon codes that can be assigned to points and exported for printing has been added. It allows customers to log in and use a printed coupon to earn points.

Now, you can allow or disable a possibility to apply points to Tax.

The extension now supports GraphQL.

Also, in the latest release, an issue with a registered customer seeing a wrong number of points if a website has multiple store views has been fixed.
